Alfred Burgess is an active entrepreneur and consultant who partners with CEOs, Executives, Pastors to grow their organizations and leadership teams. After spending 20+ years leading multiple teams, Alfred has vast experience in management consultation, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and organizational collaboration. Alfred is actively involved in orphan ministry in Nicaragua as well as a nationally sought-after speaker and consultant. He lives in Arizona with his wife, Maranatha, and their three children Bear, Brock and Bowen. Alfred holds a BA in religion and business and a MA in Leadership from Liberty University. He is currently pursuing a MBA from Mississippi State University.
